Liberty Industries AIR SHOWERS

Liberty Industries is famous for their extremely well-engineered and solidly-built air showers.  As is shown on their webpage, the current models are the AS200, 200E, 200EX, and 400 series.  (See also the Economy Air Shower/EAS, model AS-100).  Though each quotation is custom, magnetic locks are standard on their heavy-duty aluminum doors with each model, except for the AS400F.  Stainless steel is available, e.g. #2B or #4 finish, as well as units being epoxy painted.

Many options are available on an air shower, including the following features:  MO=manual operation, AO=automatic operation, FS=fascia, OW=one-way door lock cycle, TW=two-way door locks, TO=two-way/one-way door lock cycle, RA=right angle, LA=left angle, S=standard (straight through), NB=no base, WB=with base and fiberglass floor grate, ND=no doors, DS=doors on same side (special), AD=aluminum doors, LR=left-right/3 doors, IL=interlocks, PL=Liberty Industries-designed PUNKA, PN=plastic nozzles, VH=valve, hose & connector

The standard height is 10 feet, with width and length typically 4X4′, 4X5′, 4X6′,…plus 6’X4’X8′ high, though custom manufacturing is always available, as is the addition of a portable air shower wall on casters.

The units are shipped knocked-down, and include mechanical, 2 walls, the base with 2 doors (except the Model AS300F which has 3 doors and the Model AS400F which has no doors).  Power specifications available are: 208/220/440V and 30/60Hz.
