Anti-fatigue mats

Dycem ANTI-FATIGUE MATS

Contamination Control

Standing at a fume hood or laminar flow workstation many hours in a day can cause physical and mental fatigue, let alone the long-term effects on knees and hip joints. Anti-fatigue mats are available for cleanrooms and laboratories called the Ergomat© Nitrile© mat, manufactured by Tinby. It is not only ergonomic, but being made of nitrile it has a good resistance to chemicals such as common acids and bases.

Anti-fatigue Mats – Uses

Though not recommended to be used with acetic acid, Halogenous Carbohydrates, or Benzene-based solvents, it can withstand all cleaning methods. (Note: just let us know if you need a sample to do a specific chemical resistance test.)

Further, the Ergomat © can be autoclaved at 250 degree Fahrenheit, stable temperatures between -40 degrees to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and short periods of temperatures up to 1100 degrees Fahrenheit, but must be cooled in a flat position after autoclaving.

Anti-Fatigue Mats – Sizes

Dimensions are 5/8 inch thick, and 2, 3, or 4 feet wide by a length of 3 to 60 feet.  Unless you specify otherwise, the all edges are beveled, and the color choice is blue (coded as B), black (coded as BL) or green (coded as GR).  Note: for polished floors, a non-skid backing is available to be ordered, P/N EO-MISC-201.
