Liberty Industries TACKY ROLL MOP
Liberty offers FOUR different models of their Tacky Roll Mop–3, 9, 18 and 36 inch. Functioning similarly to a paint roller, the roll mop is used to remove debris and particulate (e.g. from surfaces like metal, glass, cloth, etc.) that are difficult to reach around the cleanroom, such as corners, windows, floors, walls and ceilings, all around your workbenches, and the like.
When the outer layer of the roller loses its tackiness, the user just removes it as one does Liberty’s famous Tacky Mats®, and VOILA!…you’re back in business with a fresh, sticky layer! The rolls are perforated an average of every 14%” so that you can easily access the next sheet.
To replace the roller, you just pull the old one off and put on the new one. Mop has a telescopic 48″ handle to achieve a maxi mum reach of over 7 feet. Each Tacky Roll Mop has 20 (avg,) disposable adhesive sheets.
- Model #10-1178/#6-303 3″ Tacky Roll Mop
The complete assembly is the #6-303 (6 oz.) which comes with the #6-301 9″ handle (4 oz.) plus 1 tacky roller. Refill inserts (#6-303R; 2 oz.) can be ordered as needed.
2. Model #10-1131/#6-301 9″ Tacky Roll Mop
The complete assembly is the #6-301 (12 oz.) which comes with the #6-301 9-inch handle and a roller which has 20 sheets on a roll. Refills are the #6-301R which has a minimum order of 6 rollers.
3. Model #10-1126/#6-300 18″ Tacky Roll Mop
The complete assembly (10 lbs.) is the #6-300 which comes with the #8800 telescoping handle and 4 refills. The #6-300R refill inserts have a minimum order of 4 rolls (1 lb. each).
4. Model 6-10-1177/#6-336 36″ Tacky Roll Mop
The complete assembly (15 lbs.) is the #6-336 which comes with the #8800 telescoping handle and 1 set of two 18″ inserts. The #6-336R refills are sold per each; 2 are required for each use; minimum order is 4 inserts.
Replacements parts are:
